I went to dental office with complaint of sensitivity. Doctor Kupferman asked dental assistant to take six x-rays. The Dental Assistant was rough during the process of preparation of x-rays. She was not careful while placing x-ray films in the oral cavity that resulted painful scratch and sore of oral mucosa on the upper left lingual side. In addition during the preparation for x-ray she dropped the x-ray film holder on the floor and attempted to use it and when asked to use another x-ray film holder became upset and irritated. After pointing it out, she eventually used another x-ray film holder. Moreover, when asked to be gentle while placing the x-ray film holder in the oral cavity, she dropped the x-ray film holder on me, stated that "she can't deal with this any more". Afterwords dentist came in the room and asked the dental assistant to leave, and did examination. He stated that he can't say much without an x-ray and offered to see another dentist.
I wanted to state that whole situation was handled in non-professional way by a dental office and regular dental visit turned out to be a waste of time.
