Dr Klempka recommended cleaning for a half price for me as a new patient. I came just to rebuild a chirped tooth, so i said why not. Hygienist started with cleaning, very abrasive, saying over and over about how my teeth are dirty. If something is dirty then we clean it, am I right? When she was almost done Dr klempka came to finish the job and to see what we can do with chirped tooth. Work was done, but theteeth sensitivity didn't decrease after couple hours, like they said it's normal after cleaning procedure. The thing was that I couldn't brush the front teeth. I came back after 2 days with complain, they just told me that they need to exam at my cost what's the problem. I never had that sensitive teeth before, I explained. So I went to other dental office, they told me that the cleaning was so harsh that it decreased layer of my enamel close to gum line, where all the nerves are. And now i need to either kill 3 or do the crowns. Everything because of half price cleaning offer with inexperienced staff that is doing it.

About Hygienist: Keeps asking me: How does it feel? when I've got a suction, a two of her fingers cleaning my teeth with tools in my mouth. Yeah try to say something without choking, it's a perfec moment for conversation, duuuh
