I'm a new patient to Dr. Batasky's practice undergoing treatment for dental implants. The office staff are courteous and helpful. I feel well informed about the dental implant procedure and I have experienced excellent,competent care by the professional staff. Dr. Batasky has made me feel confident I'll be successful with the implant procedure under his care.

Dr. Bastacky is the best oral surgeon you will find. He made the wisdom tooth process easy and stress free. Him and his team are very professional and caring. A great experience. A very nice office too. I highly recommend Dr. B.

I was seen by Dr. Bastacky for my wisdom teeth removal. The appointment went perfect. The moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness from the front desk, and then when I was taken in the back his team of assistants were so helpful. They calmed me down and reassured me and walked me through each step. I would highly recommend Dr. Bastacky.

About Front Desk: The Front desk was very knowledgeable. They were able to help me with my insurance and gave me an estimate, which was perfect. They were so helpful and kind.

My appointment with Dr Bastacky was excellent. He is a good surgeon and explained everything in detail.The front desk was well informed on my insurance coverage. The ladies up front were pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with the office and will return.I highly recommend this office

Dr Brastacky seems to be very nice man but his staff is so horrible.

About Front Desk: I had worst experience I ever had ! I had appointment on 9/13/16 and when I showed up for appointment the person front desk name Joanne told me Dr is gone for the day and my appointment was rescheduled 09/15/16. Joanne told me she had call me spoke to me about reschedule but she had not call me or I have talk to any one from Dr Brastacky office when I asked Joanne what number she call me she could not tell me and call me liar . I have never had experience where Dr office staff are so horribly rude. Also after the consultation and I waited about week and called my insurance coverage , despite me calling a few times , office manager is not in so someone saying will get back to me and never did get back to me. I was very humiliated by entire front desk staff, especially woman name Joanne .

I know this doctor: Never got treatment because his front desk staff so horrible.

Love Dr. Bastacky! He removed wisdom teeth for my daughter 2 years and ago and recently for my son. He was thorough, comforting, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I enjoyed his chair-side manner and calm personality. I would strongly recommend him.

About Front Desk: The ladies in front were outstanding. Made phone calls to my insurance company for me to double check my coverage for son's wisdom teeth removal. They were pleasant and very personable.
