Dr Grill was the worst doctors office I've been to. The staff was highly unprofessional having loud side conversations, I even witnessed a worker walking around with no shoes on how unsanitary. He was nice but the front office was highly unoragnaized. the prices are ridciously high which would be no problem if it wasn't such a "ghetto" environment. His office would be a lot better if he hired all new front office staff mainly the girl with no shoes. Craziest thing I ever saw at a professional place.

About Front Desk: The worst ever so unorganized scheduling is also the worst would never return off the strength of the front staff he was great and Assiants

Dr. Grill is an excellent Doctor! After dealing with TMJ issues for over 15 yrs. I was referred to him by my primary dentist, it was the best decision ever made. I have been a patient for 5 years and I must say I have never been relieved in all my life of dealing with this issues. He's so caring and understands your pain. Would refer him by all means

About Front Desk: The Front office is very friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable. Everyone from front to back are great

About Hygienist: The Hygienist Chris is excellent and very caring. Always discuss home care treatment whenever I see her. Awesome!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grill's for 6 yrs now. Dr. Grill has the most compassionate and gentle demeanor. I never have trouble scheduling an appointment and even needed an emergency visit for which Dr. Grill came in on his day off to accommodate me. He genuinely cares about his patients. My 4 year old daughter is also a patient of Dr. Grill's and he is great with her! She is completely at ease with him. Love his Office Staff too - Monique and Sharon are very friendly, yet still professional.

I was there for a temporary upper partial-he insisted on a top of the line permanent partial, he NEVER consulted me on what color white I wanted. His before and after photos were skewed. It took 6 months to get a dental plan from him and the aggravation he caused was was inhumane. To be fair, the actual work turned out to be fairly good, if you don't care what color your front teeth are but it should have at his prices and he should have paid me for putting up with his arrogance and that of his staff. He became angry at my questions and did not feel he should have to explain what he was doing or even what the next visit would entail. I decided that he must have gone into dentistry to get back at all the kids that made fun of him and stole his money on the playground. How much worse can you get than an angry, egocentric dentist with a drill in his hand.

About Front Desk: Nasty and inefficient. It took them 5 months to get all the correct information to my insurance company.

Duration: 14 months for 4 crowns,1 partial denture and 8 overlays

great,very knowledgable,gentle. Have known the grill family denistry since I was a child. I have recently reunited with dr. Robert Grills care and am very happy to have that privilidge again.
