Dr Azarik treated my 4 children, myself and now my granddaughter. We all had good experiences in his office and fantastic results!

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!! He is unethical, expensive, uncaring, cold, and greedy. His services are the most costly around not to mention that he does not care about his patients. He only cares about his money. There are plenty of other orthodontists in the area that are cheaper and have ethical standards.

Dr Azarik did an amazing job with my daughter's teeth. There were some issues with her teeth that Dr Azarik alone came up with an amazing solution. I recommend Dr Azarik to any parent whose children need braces.

Dr. Azarik did braces for me years ago, teeth look excellent! I just went back in for follow up because I lost my retainer and I had another terrific experience. Same great service I had years ago, easy, stress free scheduling, friendly staff, clean office, I could go on and on, Dr. Azarik is the only orthodontist I would ever recommend.
