Enjoyable visits...they treat you like family. Dr. Heck tells you only what you need, is honest and a nice guy. Staff is wonderful. I have been a patient for over 10 years.

Dr. Heck was my dentist when I was a teenager and put a porcelain-fused-to-metal crown on one of my front teeth. I've moved a few times in the 13 years (or so) since then, and seen many different dentists and hygienists as a result. All of them say the same thing: "That's a really nice looking crown." I just left the dentist where I heard the same comment again. The hygienist said she didn't even realize it was a crown until she looked more closely. The only thing that gives it away is the slight dark line at the gum line from the metal. If I ever need it replaced, I'm thinking I may go back to Dr. Heck!

I've been going to Dr. Heck for several years. I have never had a dentist as gentle as he is. He knows my aversion to dental work and he and his assistant constantly reassure me during any process. His assistant even gives me some reassuring pats on the arm if it gets a little loud (I hate those machines). His manner is just as gentle and I never feel like he is rushing out to wait on someone else - he always takes time to see how things are going and make sure I have no dental concerns. His work has always been great, too. So, if you want great dental work and you are a weenie when it come to dentistry- this is the guy for you. And ladies, he is easy on the eyes - Ha Ha Ha
About Hygienist: Has always been a good experience. Personally, I wish they would not wear perfume as they have to work so close to you. Just my preference.

Dr. Heck and his staff are amazing. The dentist is my least favorite place to go and my teeth have suffered for that until I found Dr. Heck thru the recommendation of a co-worker. I have since recommended him to two of my friends. He is amazing and so is his staff! I have had cavaties filled, root canals done and crowns put on plus a deep tissue cleaning....all procedures have been comfortable and relaxing processes.

Dr. Heck is extremely friendly and unintimidating. He always gives me options and recommendations and then performs the work quickly and well. His staff sincerely cares about encouraging me to practice good home care. Great convenient office location if you are working in uptown Charlotte. His front desk person is very knowledgable about filing the insurance.

Very friendly and kind. Staff is fairly consistent, and greet you by name as much as possible. Dr. Heck is gentle and patient.

Simply the best! I hate going to the dentist (generally-speaking) ... but this one makes it as painless as possible. Very conservative ... doesn't try to 'sell me up', but will tell you what NEEDS to be done. The staff is top notch ... and just as concerned about your comfort. I couldn't recommend this dentist and office enough!
